First of all, THANK YOU FOR VISITING MY PORTFOLIO WEB PAGE!

Here you can check out galleries with some creative works, brand identities, printed materials, my view on art and design in general.
I’ve interested in art life since childhood. First studied in Kraslava Art’s school, then received professional bachelor degree in computer design in DU (Daugavpils University) in Latvia.

I passed internship in publishing house, but then improved my skills in layout design in advertising agency.  Many years worked as computer designer in diving and spearfishing industry, also had close connection with PR world and product promotion.

As a hobby I create lovely bagatelles for my friends. My new love is glass mosaic technique and bright colours of the tesserae. I work as freelancer as well.

Old fashion magazines and movies inspire me, because I find them story telling and they have tempting style. Nature and childhood memories also have impact on my works.

I appreciate contemporary designers, who pay attention to brevity, convenience and functionality. Things I adore in design are simplicity, clarity of lines and composition harmony. In most cases I find minimalistic design more philosophic than overloaded compositions with complicated details. Simplicity is genius.
